REFUND POLICY

Think Mobile Solutions offers a 15 day return policy on all cell phone accessories, excluding opened CD/software, as long as the item(s) are returned in “new” condition. An item is considered "new" if the item has never been used, installed and it is in the same condition as it was received from Think Mobile Solutions. The item must be returned in the original packaging and must not have scratches, dings, dents or show signs of usage. Items returned must include all original accessories and packaging including manuals, software, cables, unaltered and unmodified, in order to qualify for a refund. Returned items that are not considered "new," show signs of wear, or do not include the original packaging or included accessories, will be denied and refund will not be issued.

All requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and the return package must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of the order. Items returned for a refund shall have a valid RMA number to qualify for a refund. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be denied and Think Mobile Solutions will not be responsible for the returned package.

When returning an item, the RMA number must be clearly marked outside the package containing the returned item(s). Returns are made at the customer’s expense and Think Mobile Solutions will not issue refunds for the shipping fee for any reason. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item back to Think Mobile Solutions, located in Los Angeles, California. Think Mobile Solutions recommends that customers use a traceable service when returning an item, such as UPS, DHL, USPS (with delivery confirmation), or FedEx. Think Mobile Solutions is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier used to return the item nor damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns that are considered non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Packages that are refused without prior notice will be charged accrued shipping charges even if free shipping method was chosen. Customers who chose UPS shipping methods may also accrue surcharges from UPS for refused packages. This policy applies for incorrect addresses, undeliverable address, expired forwarding services and any others that require Think Mobile Solutions to reship a package.

Please note that Think Mobile Solutions does not offer refunds or exchanges on opened CDs or software, used screen protectors, stickers, antenna boosters and other products with an adhesive backing, all of which are exempt from this return policy. Only same item replacements may be offered for these products.

Exchanges and replacements do not qualify for refund unless returned within 15 days of the original order. Replacement items or exchanges are considered as changes made to the original order and do not count as a “new” order.

Returns for refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after receipt of the return.

To request a refund for an item, complete the “Think Mobile Solutions Return Form” and indicate “Refund” on the “Refund/Exchange” field of the form. Include the form with your return. Be advised that returns for refund of non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY ON SOFTWARE OR DATA CABLES WITH SOFTWARE

All software or data cables that include software are not eligible for return, unless the item is returned unopened. Not all features listed under a particular software may be available for all cellular devices. Although Think Mobile Solutions will do its best to list all the features available for each cell phone and to provide supporting links, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to research the compatibility and features available for his or her cellular device. Replacements of all defective software are provided by the software manufacturer and Think Mobile Solutions is not responsible for replacing defective software.

WARRANTY ON AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS

Requests for replacement of aftermarket products must submitted within 6 months from the original date of purchase. Aftermarket products are defined as products not manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, which are labeled as OEM on the description of the product. If you are having problems identifying OEM versus aftermarket products, contact Customer Service at verizoniphone@thinkmobilesolutions.com for assistance. The 6-month limited warranty offered by Think Mobile Solutions applies to non-OEM items that fail to function properly due to a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to customer negligence or abuse, and including but not limited to: misuse, abuse, damages caused by accident, operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Think Mobile Solutions, flood, fire, earthquakes or other external causes, or modifications made outside the guidelines provided by Think Mobile Solutions. Installation of any aftermarket products offered by Think Mobile Solutions is at your own risk. Think Mobile Solutions takes no responsibility for damages caused by misuse or general use of our products.

Items returned for replacement shall have a valid RMA number to qualify for a return. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be denied and Think Mobile Solutions will not be responsible for the returned package.

To request a replacement for an item under our Warranty Policy, complete the “Think Mobile Solutions Return Form” and indicate “Exchange” on the “Refund/Exchange” field of the form. Include the form, the item being returned and a check for $3.95 made payable to “Think Mobile Solutions” to cover the return shipping. Be advised that returns for replacement of non-defective items will be shipped back to the customer at customers’ expense.



WARRANTY ON FACTORY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT (OEM)

Think Mobile Solutions offers a number of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. These items can be identified by the "OEM" label in the product's title or in the description of the item. Return of OEM products, in retail packaging, must be returned unopened and postmarked within 15-days to qualify for a full refund or exchange. If you feel that the packaging must be opened, be advised that we can no longer accept the return for full credit. The amount of refund will vary depending on the condition of the return.

Defects or missing contents for products that are considered Original Equipment Manufacturer, such as those manufactured by Motorola, Samsung, LG, etc, are covered by the original manufacturer and not by Think Mobile Solutions. We do not exchange or replace original equipment that is considered defective. Please refer to the original manufacturer's website for support on OEM items.
