ORDER STATUS

When will my order ship?

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm PST). Our daily cutoff time for orders is 3:00pm PST. Orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped on the following business day.



Why hasn't my order shipped?

Every order is checked for accuracy before it is shipped to our customers. As soon as your order is shipped, a delivery confirmation or tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you. In certain circumstances, your order may be delayed for 1-5 days, if there is a problem verifying payment or shipping information. Think Mobile Solutions makes every effort to prevent fraud and may randomly withhold orders that may seem suspicious, until the order can be verified. If we are unable to verify your order, your order will be cancelled and an e-mail will be sent stating the reason for cancellation. Think Mobile Solutions reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion.



I'm not sure if my order went through, how can I check?

The best way to tell if your order has been submitted is to check your e-mail's inbox and make sure you received an e-mail confirmation from Think Mobile Solutions. Confirmation e-mails are automatically generated as soon as an order is placed.


I did not receive an e-mail confirmation after placing the order, what can I do?

If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, check your e-mail's spam box. Often times spam filters incorrectly misplace e-mails from large companies. If you still cannot locate the confirmation e-mail, chances are that the order was not submitted or you did not submit the correct e-mail address during checkout. Can I cancel my order after it's been submitted?

Orders are received and processed in real time, and therefore, cannot be cancelled after they are submitted. The customer assumes responsibility of all charges once the order is placed. You may return your order if your order qualifies under Think Mobile Solutions' Return Policy. Packages that are refused and sent back without an RMA# will incur additional charges per our Return Policy.


Can I place an order over the phone?

How much is shipping?

Think Mobile Solutions offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat rate of $6.95 for international shipping and orders to countries outside the United States or Canada are charged $6.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.

How will my order be shipped?

To ensure that our customers receive their orders undamaged, Think Mobile Solutions securely packs each order in bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material and places it in a sturdy box or tamper-resistant, bubble-lined envelope. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely and in mint condition.



Can orders be shipped via UPS, FedEx or other non-US Postal Service methods?

The standard shipping method for free shipping is either by USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground, depending on weight, value or destination of the order. Think Mobile Solutions reserves the right to use any shipping method as it sees appropriate if customers chose the standard free or international shipping method.

However, customers can request to have their orders shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd-Day Air, UPS Overnight or other non-US Postal Service methods at an additional charge. Please contact customer service for exact cost and delivery time.

How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked through the confirmation page of your order. A link to the confirmation page can be found on the confirmation e-mail sent when your order was placed. Please be advised that for orders shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, we use a delivery confirmation number, which notifies us and documents when a package is delivered. Sometimes delivery confirmation numbers are not scanned until the package is delivered and may take up to 24 hours to update on our website.



When can I expect my item(s) to arrive?

The delivery date for each order will depend on the shipping method used and the ship to location. Please visit Think Mobile Solutions' Shipping Policy to determine when your order will arrive.



What do I do when my tracking information shows that my order has been delivered but I never received it?

Check any areas where your postman may have left your package, including your mailbox or front step. Also check with other family members or neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your package, print out the USPS delivery confirmation information and take it to your nearest local post office. Your local post office should be able to locate your package. If you order was shipped via UPS, contact UPS directly at 1-(800)-PICK-UPS (742-5877).



Can I pick-up my order from your location?

Unfortunately, we do not offer will-call or pick-up service at this time.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will only be charged once your order is shipped. Think Mobile Solutions will not charge your credit card unless your order was shipped.



I see two transactions on my credit card, was I charged twice?

No, our system only allows us to charge each order once. If you see two transactions on your order, the first transaction is almost always an authorization that will never actually be charged. Allow your bank 3-5 days for the authorization to automatically drop off.



Why are your prices so low?

Think Mobile Solutions is able to offer low, discounted prices on all cell phone accessories because we have a direct relationship with many wireless accessory manufacturers. We have established a factory-direct relationship with the biggest mobile accessory manufacturers to save you money. We are able to beat out our competitor with factory-direct pricing, a large selection of cell phone accessories and an efficient back-end system. We are also an international distributor of wireless cell phone accessories, allowing us to offer our customer deeply discounted prices on quality cell phone accessories.



Does Think Mobile Solutions offer price matching?

We are confident that our customers will get the best deals with our factory-direct prices and free shipping that we do not currently match competitor pricing.



Will I be charged for Sales Tax?

Customers will not be charged sales tax unless the order is shipped to an address in California. The current California State sales tax rate of 9.25% applies to all orders shipped within California. International orders and orders shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Think Mobile Solutions does not collect or determine customs fees and does not assume responsibility for customs duties. How can I tell if an item is compatible with my cell phone?

Think Mobile Solutions makes every effort to ensure compatibility of each accessory offered the Think Mobile Solutions website. You can be sure that every item listed under a specific phone is compatible with that phone. Each accessory also has a compatibility section that will identify every phone that is compatible with a particular accessory. If an item is not listed under a specific phone, the item may not be compatible even though it may look similar or may use the same connection. Each cell phone accessory offered by Think Mobile Solutions undergoes a rigorous test for quality, compatibility and fitment, to make sure each item meets and exceeds the highest standards of quality and performance.



Why did my item arrive without any packaging?

Many cell phone accessories offered by Think Mobile Solutions come directly from the manufacturer and may not include the fancy packaging that these products have in the mass-market retail stores. Think Mobile Solutions is able to offer the same items at a significantly lower price with bulk purchases from the manufacturer for accessories without the retail packaging.



My item stopped working, what can I do?

If an aftermarket item stops working before the 15 day return period, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement. If an aftermarket item fails to function correctly within the 6-month warranty period, you may be entitled to a replacement. For OEM items, contact the appropriate manufacturer for warranty information.

I am not satisfied with my order, how can I return the item(s)?

Think Mobile Solutions offers a 15 day return policy on all non-OEM, aftermarket items, excluding CDs, software, data cables that include software and some one-time use items like antenna boosters and screen protectors. To return an item, you must obtain and RMA#. Return packages that do not have an RMA# will not be accepted. Before returning an item please reference the Return Instructions on the shipping page and review the Think Mobile Solutions Return and Warranty Policy to make sure your return meets the qualifications.



I received the wrong items, what can I do?

Many cell phone accessories are cross-compatible and can be used with multiple phone models. We will make arrangements to replace the product as soon as possible.

What is Think Mobile Solutions' Warranty Policy?

Think Mobile Solutions offers a 6 month limited warranty on all aftermarket, non-OEM products that fail to function due to a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not cover damages caused by customer negligence, misuse or external causes. Original Manufacturer Equipment (OEM) items are not covered under Think Mobile Solutions' Warranty Policy. Factory original items are covered by their corresponding manufacturers and their warranty policies can usually be found in the item's original packaging. How can I tell if my item is covered under the warranty?
